Courtney is a San Francisco, CA native, but has also called Indiana, Georgia and London home along the way to Los Angeles, where she currently resides.

She's worked in the film entertainment industry for the past seven years, holding positions at a top talent agency, a large film studio, multiple film production companies, and a literary management firm. She recently started her own production company, as well as an entertainment news blog.

Courtney has also worked at a rib shack, a record store, as a nanny, waitress, market researcher and bookseller, for a defense contractor and an apartment management company. She began her career in high tech public relations.

Her interests are as varied as her background, and she writes because it allows her to satisfy her curiosity about whatever topic, issue or diversion grabs her attention.
